Mili Thakur

Dr. Thakur is a practicing reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist at The Fertility Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Thakur is deeply committed to advancing medical research and education, serving as a clinical assistant professor at Michigan State University and WMU Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine.

In her leisure hours, Dr. Thakur assumes the role of designated driver for her kids' sports activities. Whether delving into longevity research or tending to her vegetable garden, she exhibits a keen interest in diverse pursuits. An avid traveler, Dr. Thakur takes pleasure in meeting new people and exploring different cultures.

Kelli Cochran

Kelli is an educator with a Master of Education from The College of New Jersey. She has worked in various settings across the globe, taught various subjects in the Middle East and spent several years teaching in China. In China, she developed ways of using technology to maximize student learning and to assist in making educators’ roles more efficient and effective. She is currently teaching in Grand Rapids, Michigan and works with newcomer students from all over the world, who have just recently arrived in America. She brings the Genome Ally team, her knowledge of technology, cultural awareness and sensitivity, and a desire to help others.

Bonnie Grevengoed

Bonnie Grevengoed, CMPE, began her career during college, where she honed her skills in hospital administration, overseeing a 350-bed hospital admitting office. She is deeply passionate about driving team success through effective process management and fostering the growth and development of every team member. Bonnie has led teams through transformative initiatives such as lean process engineering and the implementation of electronic medical records (EMR). Her dedication to the healthcare community extends beyond her professional roles, as she has held leadership positions in prominent medical associations at the state and national levels, including serving as President of MMGMA.

Emily Mounts

Emily Mounts, MS, CGC is board-certified genetic counselor who has worked in reproductive genetics for 25 years. She directed the reproductive genetics program at ORM Fertility where she oversaw preimplantation genetic testing, genetic carrier screening, and gamete donor genetic screening programs as well as genetics education and policy development. Emily also has many years of experience in perinatal genetics, is a former board member of the ASRM Genetic Counseling Professional Group, and is a frequent speaker and author on fertility genetics. Emily completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan and her Master’s degree in genetic counseling at the Medical College of Virginia. She currently serves as the VP of Medical Affairs for Juno Genetics, an international provider and leader in preimplantation genetic testing.

Mili Thakur is a triple board-certified physician specializing in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, medical genetics, and obstetrics and gynecology. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology in India and later in the United States, where she completed a combined fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility and medical genetics from Wayne State University in Detroit. She is the founder and CEO of Genome Ally, a company focused on making genetics accessible and affordable to everyone. She also works at the The Fertility Center as an attending physician.
